Webtree disputes (NSW LEC 2015). This Research Project involves the analysis of historical case judgements made within the LEC under the Trees Act. It includes the development of Evaluation Criteria based on key findings within these judgements, and provides an in‐depth review of the structure, process and suitability of NE in tree disputes.
