WebJun 19, 2024 · Microsoft Exchange We are on Office 365, client is Exchange 2016. Some (all?) emails from our CFO to our president are ending up in his junk email folder. It looks to me like all settings should prevent this from happening. But it's still happening. I was able to add the CFO to his safe senders list.
